For those of you not up to speed, Veganuary is an annual challenge run by a UK non-profit organisation that promotes and educates about veganism. Agriculture and the meat production process is one of the largest contributors to global warming and so lowering our meat consumption is a well known, easy tip for reducing your carbon footprint.
You don’t necessarily need to cut out meat completely to make an impact… simply trading in some of your weekly meaty meals can help to create change.
We’re here to help by hooking you up with some vegan twists on classic favourites to create your own three-course vegan dining experience!
