The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) pre-events and introductory sessions will run from the 23rd of October to the 6th of November 2020 during the 1st phase of their annual meeting.

The 2nd phase will run from the 9th to the 17th of November 2020 and includes talks, workshops, and sessions for parliamentarians and ‘high-level leaders’, with the overarching theme ‘Internet for Human Resilience and Solidarity’. The conference will address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and explore the utilisation of digital technologies for the development of a sustainable and resilient society, split into 4 sub-themes: Data (rights and responsibilities), Environment (sustainability), Inclusion (access) and Trust (security in digital environments).
