The United Nations Biodiversity Conference (COP15), run by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), will gather all UN member states in Kunming, China, to discuss solutions to the incremental decline in nature’s biodiversity and initiatives for a more sustainable future. Governments will agree on a new post-2020 framework for the Convention on Biological Diversity that focusses on the collaborative and equitable use and treatment of nature, transport and organisms.
